Information we collect
ServerSearch may collect account information, listing information, server details, uploaded images, usage data, and contact information you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use information to operate listings, authenticate users, manage organizations, improve discovery, prevent abuse, provide support, and communicate important service updates.
Community and listing data
Information published in server, cluster, and organization listings may be visible to other users and visitors as part of the discovery experience.
Service providers
We may rely on trusted providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, uploads, email, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
Listing analytics
We use PostHog to measure views of published listing pages and clicks on listing links. Organization members can see aggregate counts for their listings. A random cookie lasting up to 30 minutes and temporary browser storage help reduce repeated counts. These analytics do not include your account identity, full page addresses, referral addresses, or raw IP address. We disable person profiles and geographic enrichment. Listing tracking respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Link clicks do not tell us whether you joined a community or played on a server.
Your choices
You can update listing information through the product where controls are available. For account or data questions, contact the ServerSearch team by email.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Do not publish secrets or private credentials in listings.
